Auswest Coatings are able to advise on which membrane will be fit for purpose and the correct method of waterproofing for this application based on the style/type of construction to be or has been used. We have a range of sheet, cementitious and bituminous liquid Anti-root membranes for waterproofing applications that can be bonded to the substrate with manufacturers’ warranties of up to 20 years. We recommend the use of either protection board or Drainage cell be installed over the membrane to protect against accidental damage from following trades. All selected products must be compliant to AS 4654.1 – 2012 and will be installed to AS 4654.2 -2012.
